Job description

Optimo Protection Group is currently hiring multiple security guards for various locations throughout South Florida, from Palm Beach County to Fort Lauderdale.


Full Time / Part Time available


We are looking for motivated and professional individuals with experience in:

  • Luxury restaurants
  • Luxury lounges
  • Entertainment venues
  • High-end hospitality environments

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Experience in hospitality/security preferred
  • Ability to de-escalate situations professionally
  • Reliable transportation
  • Florida D License preferred

We are looking for guards who understand professionalism, guest relations, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for clientele and staff.


Competitive pay based on experience and position.

Pay ranges from $18 an hour to $25 an hour
