Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on specific diagnoses and recovery goals.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and state-of-the-art modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic practices, health maintenance, and postoperative procedures to support long-term health.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changes in patient needs and to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and surgeons, to create a cohesive treatment plan that enhances the overall patient experience.
• Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe practice environment for both staff and patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will primarily be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and conditions, including but not limited to joint replacements, fractures, and soft tissue injuries. You will work with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, providing compassionate care that addresses their unique circumstances and rehabilitation goals. Your expertise will guide each patient's recovery process, enabling them to regain mobility and confidence in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and state-licensed Physical Therapist credential.
• At least three years of dedicated experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Capability to create personalized rehabilitation plans focused on orthopedic conditions.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate partnerships with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience

While 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required, candidates with advanced certifications or specializations in related areas, such as sports medicine or post-surgical rehabilitation, will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits
