6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Tuesday
6:30a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Wednesday-Friday
7a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a Saturday & Sunday
Setting: Free standing ER
45-Bed ED (5 triage)
Level 3 trauma center
Call: Specialty backup on call
Backup/Specialty Services Surgery, Neuro, Cardiology, OBGYN, Ortho
Census: Annual volume 40000
Support Staff: MA, RN, NP/PA
Procedures: All Standard ER procedures
EMR: EPIC
Board Certification: Board Certified Required
Travel: Hospital will cover
Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
Requirements: Active OH state license or IMLC
Active DEA in OH or willing to transfer
ATLS, ACLS, PALS
