Optigy Group is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Client Success Manager to develop and manage client relationships while driving permanent placement opportunities. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by unlimited earning potential. As a commission-only partner, you will cultivate healthcare client relationships, identify hiring needs, coordinate recruitment efforts with our internal recruiting team and ensure exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
This position offers complete flexibility while providing the support, recruiting resources and operational infrastructure of Optigy Group.
What You'll Do
Develop new business relationships with healthcare organizations
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of client accounts
Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs
Present Optigy Group's permanent placement solutions
Partner with internal recruiters to fill open positions
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the recruitment process
Negotiate placement terms and facilitate offer acceptance
Build long-term client partnerships resulting in repeat business
Maintain accurate activity records within the CRM
Represent the Optigy Group brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working independently in a commission-based environment
Experience using CRM platforms is preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Compensation is 100% commission-based, offering uncapped potential based on successful permanent placement activity
Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses associated with operating as an independent contractor
Contract Term
This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-only engagement with an initial term of six (6) months, beginning on the effective date of the Independent Contractor Agreement.
Upon completion of the initial term, the agreement may be extended by mutual written agreements of both parties based on business needs and performance. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement prior to the expiration of the six-month term, with or without cause, upon providing written notice in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement. Likewise, the Contractor may terminate the agreement before the end of the term by providing the required written notice.
Nothing in this Job Description or the Independent Contractor Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment relationship or guaranteeing work for any specific duration.
