This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls while keeping schedules running smoothly behind the scenes.About the RoleThis position blends customer service with scheduling coordination. You will be the first point of contact for incoming service requests while also working closely with field technicians to ensure the day is structured efficiently.
