About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you'll own the success of an assigned territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong provider performance, and long-term customer satisfaction. You'll build relationships, solve problems, and drive operational excellence that helps retain customers and grow the business. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and making an impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Own the operational performance of your assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service
• Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth
• Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
• Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results
• Partner cross‑functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to analyze data and turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
