Automotive Service Advisor

Annual Earnings $75,000-$150,000
Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We're seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the key connection between our customers and service department. In this role, you'll help ensure every customer receives outstanding service while contributing to the success of a busy, high-performing dealership.
What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates
  • Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Review completed repairs and explain services performed
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive service advisor, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic automotive knowledge preferred
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
