Job description

Onspring delivers a variety of training programs to help clients achieve their goals and gain maximum value from their investment in our software. The Training Coordinator plays a key role in the successful delivery of training programs in both live and self-paced formats by maintaining the operational activities these programs depend on. This role is focused on planning, coordination, facilitation, and communication (both internal and external) to ensure that training programs are executed with quality and precision. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, organized, adaptable, and motivated.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Onspring’s regular training events and webinars, including (but not limited to):
    • Event promotion on the website and via the Onspring Community and client newsletter
    • Registration management
    • Learner and panelist communications
    • Webinar setup
    • Post-training close-out activities
  • Host and manage "run of show" for live programs, including on-camera hosting, handling Q&A, organizing schedules, and making real-time judgment calls to facilitate live presenters.
  • Monitor learner participation to ensure adherence with certification requirements, including (but not limited to) attendance, Q&A, and lab completion.
  • Coordinate Onspring’s certification program, including (but not limited to):
    • Registration
    • Registrant communications
    • Assignment and management of training lab instances
    • Access and deployment of certification exams
    • Monitoring exam progress, including grading and remediation scheduling
    • Delivery of badges and certificates of completion
  • Deliver live training as needed.
  • Manage the shared training inbox, acting as a central switchboard to triage incoming communications and ensure all inquiries receive timely, accurate responses.
  • Manage training program subscriptions across our client portfolio, monitoring expirations and renewals in collaboration with the Onspring Revenue organization.
  • Ensure consistency in account and user data across Onspring’s corporate and Community instances.
  • Complete additional planning, coordination, and operational activities as assigned.
  • Continuously develop Onspring product knowledge through training participation, client engagement, and hands-on experience.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in administration, operations, or event management for live training & webinars
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Strong technical acuity & ability to confidently handle technical questions during live sessions
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and new priorities

Work Location: Onspring headquarters in Overland Park, KS, on-site and hybrid options available.
