This is a high-impact, execution-focused role with ownership of model design, build quality, and delivery outcomes. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support building and maintaining Anaplan models (modules, lists, and basic workflows)
  • Help translate business needs into simple, structured solutions
  • Assist in developing and updating models through iterative work cycles
  • Support data validation, model accuracy, and basic performance improvements
  • Work with finance and business teams (FP&A, operations) to understand planning needs
  • Assist with data integrations and data preparation from different sources
  • Follow established modeling standards, documentation, and governance practices
  • Participate in testing, reviews, and deployment support activities
  • Leverage tools (including automation and AI where applicable) to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Independently owns model components or functional domains end-to-end
  • Decomposes complex planning problems into scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Ensures accuracy, performance, and long-term sustainability of models
  • Builds trust with stakeholders through delivery, clarity, and reliability
  • Supports onboarding, mentoring, and development of team standards and best practices

***ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION***

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in workforce management (real time management, scheduling, and forecast & planning)
  • Experience in analytics, financial analysis, or data-focused roles
  • Experience with FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling)
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in structured logic, data modeling, and scalable solutions
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in large dataset handling and advanced Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 2 )
  • Training/certification support may be available for high-potential candidates
  • Experience working in enterprise planning environments (multi-model ecosystems, CoE/governance structures)
  • Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or headcount modeling at scale
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
  • Exposure to Anaplan or similar planning tools
  • Exposure to platforms such as Workday, SAP, Snowflake, or similar enterprise systems
