POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Logistics Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping operations, and overall operational accuracy at our Houston, Texasfacility. This positionis responsible forexecuting daily warehouse activities with precision,maintainingaccuratesystem records, and ensuringtimelyand compliant shipment of materials.
Thisis an in-person roleandan excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in structured environments, value teamwork, and take pride in precision and accountability.Thisrole provides hands-on experience with supply chain operations, inventory management systems, andlogisticstechnologies, including Oracle NetSuite, Amazon Seller platforms, andDefense Logistics Agency Vendor Shipment Module (DLA VSM). The position will also support basic NetSuite administrative functions to ensure system data accuracy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Adhere to all safety procedures andoperationalbest practices.
- Maintaina safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Understandandexecutethe shelf/bin organization system to accurately store andlocateinventory.
Performand accurately recorditem receipts, transfers, adjustments, and fulfillment transactions in NetSuite. - Maintain Item MasterData within NetSuite, including updating quantities, locations, serial numbers, and status changes.
- Assist with NetSuite administrative tasks including(but not limited to):
- Processing inventory adjustments.
- Maintainingaccurateitem records(e.g., receipt records,shipping documents,inventory movements,transactions, etc.).
- Ensuringaccuracy withuser transactions.
- Generating inventory and shipping reports.
- Data cleanup and system organization.
- Pull, pack, and fulfill ordersin accordance withapproved orders and task requirements.
Execute shipping duties, including preparing shipments, printing labels, scheduling carriers, packaging items securely, verifyingaccurateoutboundinformation, and ensuring on-time dispatch.
Support shipping operations using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers asrequired. - Support warehouse, shipping, and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.
Conduct physical stock counts and assist with internal accountingand inventory audits.
Participatein training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and performancefor the role.
Performadditionaldutiesas assignedby manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of warehouse,logistics, or inventory control experiencerequired.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Suites and computer proficiencyisrequired.
- Experience with inventory management systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred.
- Knowledge of basic shipping procedures and carrier systems (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight) is a plus.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Reliable vehicle andvaliddriverslicensearerequiredfor localtravelbetweenworksite and warehouse locations.
- High attention to detail and strong accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

TRAVEL
- 10%travelin U.S. to include local travelbetweenwork locations in the Houston, Texas area.
