Responsibilities

Listen to client concerns to recommend coverage options that provide genuine security for their families and assets.

Proactively reach out to existing and prospective clients to review their current policy status.

Prepare clear, accurate quotes that help clients understand their investment.

Maintain organized, up-to-date client files to ensure smooth processing of all transactions.

Resolve client inquiries regarding billing, claims, or policy modifications with empathy and speed.

Participate in local Duluth community events to build awareness and share our commitment to service.


Requirements

Current Georgia Property and Casualty license.

Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a client base.

Advanced understanding of insurance coverage, policy structures, and risk management.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.

Proficiency in common agency management software and digital documentation.

Capacity for detailed administrative work and organized record-keeping.
