LEASING AND RESIDENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

If you are eager to join us as a Leasing and Resident Experience Specialist we want to hear from you! 

In this role you will be the first point of contact for our prospective residents and an ongoing point of contact for our valued residents. As part of our Resident Experience Team, you will be hands-on with all aspects of the successful management of our community.

As A Leasing Champion You Will:

Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents. Proactively monitor vacancies and meet or beat leasing targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong sales and closing skills with proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills. Bilingual an asset (Spanish and English) 
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel and Google Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with property management software.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field. 
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel and Google Suite
• Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation 
• Ability to work both in teams and autonomously
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

BENEFITS:

• Starting Hourly pay of $22.50/hour + commissions! Commissions average $2100 monthly
