Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based

Compensation: $48,000 – $196,000+ per year (performance-based)


About the Role

The One Team CT — Connecticut's #1 ranked real estate team — is hiring a motivated Real Estate Agent ready to grow from buyer deals into a listings-focused business.

Through our Zillow Preferred Seller partnership and structured training program, we give buyer agents a clear, supported path to listings — without starting from scratch.


What We Provide

  1. Zillow Preferred Seller Opportunities — Real seller conversations to help you build listing confidence and experience from day one.
  2. Accelerate Training Program — Pricing strategy, seller consultations, objection handling, and negotiation coaching while you work real opportunities.
  3. Full Backend Support — Marketing, admin, transaction coordination, and tech handled by the team so you stay focused on clients and appointments.
  4. Proven Team Infrastructure — Connecticut's top-ranked real estate team. The systems are built. You plug in and grow.



Responsibilities

  1. Work Zillow Preferred Seller opportunities and team-generated leads
  2. Serve buyer clients while actively transitioning into seller conversations
  3. Run appointments with coaching and structured support
  4. Develop listing skills through real-world experience
  5. Collaborate with experienced agents and leadership



Requirements

  1. Active Connecticut real estate license (required)
  2. Current experience working with buyer clients
  3. Coachable, self-motivated, and open to accountability
  4. Eager to grow into a listings-based business with team support



Compensation Benefits

  1. $48,000 – $196,000+ annually
  2. Commission + performance bonuses
