Physician (MD/DO) – Internal Medicine

Overview:
Our internal medicine practice in Tampa is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician (MD/DO) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers strong earning potential through a collections-based compensation model and a flexible schedule.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (flexible)
• Competitive base salary: $150,000–200,000 (DOE), with earning potential up to $250,000–300,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Physician
• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Florida
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work autonomously as part of a collaborative team
• EMR system experience a plus
