Pool Maintenance Technician

ASP America's Swimming Pool Company of North Texas is hiring a full-time Pool Maintenance Technician. If you enjoy working outdoors, want a steady MondayFriday schedule, and are looking for a company that will train you and promote from within, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do

  • Clean and maintain residential pools so they are safe, clean, and swim-ready
  • Test and balance water chemistry
  • Skim, brush, vacuum, and empty baskets
  • Inspect pool equipment and report repair needs
  • Use our mobile platform to manage routes and document service visits
  • Deliver friendly, reliable customer service at every stop

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and handle pool equipment, chemicals, and supplies
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable working independently and staying on schedule
  • Pool experience or CPO certification is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $875.00 - $1,200.00 per week

He drives the company's vision of increasing efficiency and lowering prices with a proven system and technological advances which each location employs. For example, ASP's proprietary software platform, Pool Ops, automatically emails our clients a weekly digital report after each visit that includes the time of service, services performed, chemical balance, chemicals added, and a picture of the clean swimming pool.
