Join Our Team
Are you a compassionate and driven nurse ready to make a difference in a rural community? One Health is seeking a nurse to deliver high-quality care, promote wellness, and lead health initiatives across Central Montana. This role blends clinical expertise with community engagement-empowering individuals and families to live healthier lives.
Location: Miles City
Schedule: Full-time | 4/10 Schedule
Salary: LPN $27-29/hr DOE
RN $38.48-40.90/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities - What You'll Do:
  • Deliver Patient-Centered Care - Conduct assessments, provide treatments, and ensure strong follow-up care.
  • Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with providers and healthcare staff to create effective care plans.
  • Educate & Empower - Support patients and families with knowledge on conditions, treatments, and prevention.
  • Administer Medications - Safely deliver medications and treatments per protocols.
  • Maintain Records - Accurately document patient care and changes in condition.
  • Drive Quality Improvement - Participate in initiatives that enhance care and outcomes.
  • Provide Inclusive Care - Deliver respectful, culturally competent care to diverse populations

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Current LPN or RN license in state of practice
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred:
  • 2 yrs of experience of nursing experience
  • 2 yrs of experience in primary care
