Job Title: Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for Industry Leading Brokerage

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Remote/Hybrid Available)

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and driven Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and homeownership goals
• Educate borrowers on loan products and guide them through the mortgage process
• Collect and review initial borrower information and documentation
• Structure loan applications and submit to processing
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the loan lifecycle
• Work with account executives on loan scenarios to ensure a loan meets the lender’s guidelines prior to loan placement
• Ability to maintain strong communication with internal team members to help get loans to the finish line
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (real estate agents, builders, etc.)
• Stay up to date on loan products, guidelines, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license in at least one U.S. state
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and coachable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
