One Brokerage

The One Brokerage is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage seeking a motivated and confident Loan Officer Recruiter / Phone Sales Representative to help expand our team nationwide.

This is a high-energy outbound calling role focused exclusively on recruiting licensed loan officers to join our brokerage. If you are comfortable on the phone, persuasive, organized, and driven by performance-based income, this can be an excellent opportunity with flexible hours and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Search for and identify potential loan officers nationwide
• Make outbound recruitment calls daily
• Introduce loan officers to The One Brokerage platform, support, and compensation structure
• Follow up with interested candidates
• Maintain organized notes and pipeline tracking
• Coordinate introductions and onboarding with admin staff

Compensation

• Base pay + commission
• Expected earning potential: $30,000 – $50,000+ annually
• Part-time hours (a few hours per day)
• Performance-based growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Recruiting, sales, telemarketing, or mortgage experience is a plus
• Ability to build rapport quickly
