Job description
Once Upon A Time Home Health is currently seeking energetic Full-time, Part-time and PRN Therapist (SLP's, SLPA's, OTR's, COTA's, PT's & PTA's) and Nurses (LVN and/or RN's) to work in the Pediatric Home Health environment. Therapist/Nurses will work in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Experience in Home Health is preferred, but not required. Bilingual a plus, Caseloads/Shifts are immediately available. Top pay & benefits for the right candidate.
Requirements:
· Possess a current Therapist/Nursing license in the State of Texas
· CPR certification
· Valid driver’s license
· Auto liability insurance
· Clear background check
· Reliable transportation
· Meet I9 qualifications (approved to work in the USA)
Once Upon A Time currently uses KanTime (EMR) for all documentation purposes.
