Job description:

OnTECH Charter High School is seeking a passionate High School ELA Teacher to lead instruction for grade 9 during the 2026-2027 school year, with a focus on youth literacy. At OnTECH, our educators collaborate to create an engaging and supportive environment for all students, particularly nontraditional learners. We value a growth mindset, educational equity, and innovative teaching methods while fostering character development and a strong sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction in literacy and ELA for high school students.
• Support students' social-emotional development and individual learning needs, including those with IEP and 504 plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.

Job Requirements:

• Teaching Certification preferred.
• Experience with Project-Based Learning (PBL) and nontraditional education preferred.
