Field Safety Advisor
Location: Cleveland, Ohio

This is a hands-on role where your leadership directly impacts workplace safety, compliance, and team performance.
Position Overview
The Field Safety Advisor leads on-site safety initiatives for industrial and construction projects in the Cleveland area. This role supports both short-term and long-term project assignments based on operational needs.
We offer opportunities to contribute to defined project scopes, including outage support, new construction, facility upgrades, and ongoing site operations. Assignments may vary in duration, providing exposure to diverse work environments while maintaining a consistent role within our safety team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety observations
  • Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and ongoing safety training
  • Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain site-specific safety plans and emergency procedures
  • Support emergency planning and response activities
  • Mentor less-experienced safety team members and support professional development
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and client safety standards
  • Promote a proactive, zero-incident safety culture
Qualifications
  • BCSP certification (CSP, ASP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Certification in progress considered
  • Experience supporting safety programs in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA construction and general industry standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cleveland, Ohio
