● Review and assess GAO audit findings, risks, and recommendations related to the Salesforce environment and associated processes.

● Document current-state and future-state business processes, business requirements, and functional/technical gaps.

● Collaborate with enterprise architects, Salesforce administrators, developers, and program leadership to develop solution recommendations.

● Prioritize findings and recommendations based on business value, operational risk, technical feasibility, and compliance considerations.

● Develop executive-ready presentations, documentation, and a phased implementation roadmap.

● Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

● Identify opportunities to improve data quality, governance, reporting, automation, user adoption, and operational efficiency.

● Support strategic planning and modernization initiatives related to the Salesforce platform

Required skills/Level of Experience:

● 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, Architect, or related role.

● Experience conducting independent discovery, analysis, and stakeholder engagement on existing Salesforce implementations.

● Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Service Cloud, workflows/automation, reports, dashboards, profiles/permissions, and data management.

● Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process maps.

● Ability to assess functional and technical issues and develop practical recommendations.

● Experience collaborating with technical architects, developers, administrators, and executive stakeholders.

● Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

● Knowledge of Agentforce and an understanding of the future of AI and the Salesforce platform.

Nice to have skills:

● Experience supporting federal government agencies or public sector organizations.

● Familiarity with GAO audits, federal compliance standards, or oversight processes.

● Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant.

● Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and platform modernization efforts.
