Job Summary:We are looking for a
highly hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end implementations, take full ownership, and act as a strong single point of contact (SPOC). The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, proactive, and capable of leading from the front without dependency on external teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently lead and deliver end-to-end AEP implementations across enterprise environments
- Design and implement XDM schemas, RT-CDP, data ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies
- Act as a self-reliant SPOC, driving execution without reliance on external support (ACS or others)
- Proactively identify risks and define clear mitigation strategies early in the lifecycle
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure strong ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in AEP (not just advisory)
- Expertise in RT-CDP, XDM, Identity Service, Segmentation, Data Streams
- Proven ability to drive implementation independently and deliver results
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments (Retail preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
