Omada Behavioral Health Center is searching for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and concerns, resulting in personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide short-term and long-term therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring that progress notes and treatment updates are accurate and strive to meet the highest professional standards.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and case details.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to stay informed about new developments in mental health care and to enhance your professional skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Omada, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The remote setting allows for the flexibility to conduct sessions at times convenient for clients, fostering a supportive and adaptable therapeutic environment. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds will be essential in creating meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of an active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), with a preference for those licensed in Oregon.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate thoughts clearly and engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records, ensuring effective client management and communication.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with specific populations, such as children or those dealing with trauma.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies.
  • Previous involvement in interdisciplinary care teams or collaborative clinical environments.
Compensation and Benefits
