Olympus Pines is one of the fastest-growing Tommy's Express Car Wash franchise groups, and we're growing our Nebraska team. We're hiring an Equipment Maintenance Technician to keep our car wash equipment and facility systems running at top performance across our Omaha-area locations.
Pay: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Use our work order system to document, prioritize, and complete maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and repair facility and equipment issues with a preventative, proactive approach
- Partner with Site Leaders on equipment performance and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle (tools, parts, and consumables)
- Stay current on equipment updates, maintenance procedures, and best practices
- Ensure all work meets Olympus Pines quality standards
What You Bring
- Experience working with high voltage (480V) electrical systems
- Experience with low voltage controls
- Strong mechanical aptitude (bearings, gearboxes, etc.)
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems (solenoids, air shocks)
- Welding and metal fabrication experience
- Plumbing experience (PVC, copper pipe fitting, solenoids)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Flexible schedule with the ability to respond outside of traditional business hours when needed
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday; lift and move items up to 75 lbs (up to 50 lbs independently, up to 75 lbs with assistance); climb an 8 foot ladder as needed; safely enter and work in a service pit for equipment maintenance; work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; use hand and power tools safely; and perform maintenance tasks in tight or elevated spaces as needed.
