Position Overview

Cleaners are responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in residential and client locations while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Team members play an important role in ensuring client satisfaction and upholding Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or AirBNB cleaning services

• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas

• Follow job-specific instructions and Company procedures

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly

• Maintain professionalism and respect client property and privacy

• Communicate with supervisors regarding supplies, scheduling, or concerns

• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed thoroughly and on time

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable with strong attendance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Previous residential and/or AirBNB cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

• Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to approximately 30 pounds.

Schedule

Schedules vary based on client bookings and business needs, with part-time and/or full-time opportunities available. Applicants should provide reliable availability that they can consistently maintain, as stated availability is considered when making hiring and staffing decisions. While we understand that occasional changes happen, this position requires dependable attendance during your scheduled hours and timely communication when availability needs to change.
