Responsibilities:

• Manage your own cases with meaningful autonomy and partner support
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, and related proceedings
• Work directly with clients and insurance carriers
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trial

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $125,000 - $175,000 + bonus
