Job description

Account Clerk

The role involves examining, reviewing, verifying, and processing claims. You will collect background information to ensure validity of claims. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws is required. Correspondence with claimants and reporting agents will be part of your duties. You will analyze reports and forms submitted with claims. Processing complex claims may require in-depth research. You will serve as the primary contact person for incoming claimants.

Minimum Qualifications for Employment: Completion of undergraduate core coursework in accounting. Two years of experience in accounting with recent experience. Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, economics, computer science, or related field with coursework in accounting. Or equivalent qualifications noted above.
