The Technician will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and ensure equipment is calibrated for optimal performance and safety. Day-to-day work includes responding to service requests, documenting work performed, managing parts and tools, and communicating clearly with customers and team members about equipment status and recommended solutions. The Technician will also support warehouse and shop activities as needed, including equipment testing, cleaning, and preparation for deployment.

  • Organizational skills for managing work orders, parts inventory, and service documentation, including basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently on-site, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing schedules and service demands.
  • Comfort with physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods, lifting equipment and parts, and working in varied environments.
  • Previous experience in equipment maintenance, field service, HVAC, refrigeration, or a similar technical trade is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is a plus.
