Ohana Kitchen

We are seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our small, dynamic kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from mixed cuisines while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Working rotating shifts, you will have the opportunity to grow and advance within our culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards
• Cook and plate dishes ensuring quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned to uphold kitchen hygiene

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in food preparation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail in cooking and plating
• Familiarity with basic cooking techniques
