Commitment Bonus
- Up to $3,000 for Master's-level (non-licensed) positions
- Up to $4,000 for licensed positions (Therapist, LPN, RN)
Paid in installments at 6 months and 1 year of continued employment.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • A Master's degree in a social service-related field (e.g. psychology, social work, community counseling, rehabilitation, education, theology, or psychiatric nursing); OR
  • Be a licensed registered nurse (RN) with 5 years of experience including 2 years of experience in a CASSP system program plus have certification by the Department's Office of Mental Health (Office of Mental Health) as a mental health family-based worker OR
  • A Bachelors level degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, education, pre-med, theology, anthropology or a degree in the field of human services plus certification by OMH as a mental health family-based worker, which consists of certification of completion of the WPIC Family Based Mental Health (FBMH) three (3) year training program with a Masters equivalency.
