As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of real estate transactions, while upholding our core values of integrity, growth mindset, financial freedom, and failure forward. Compensation is a combination of base salary + closed transaction bonuses. This is a FULL-TIME position.
Responsibilities
• Enter client information into the client database system and ensure compliance with file requirements by submitting appropriate documentation to the team lead
• Set the right expectations with buyers and sellers prior to closing. This often takes multiple conversations post-contract signed and before the property can close
Qualifications
• Motivated by a genuine desire to serve people and deliver excellent customer service
• Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• High level of professionalism and efficiency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• 60+ WPM typing speed strongly preferred
