What You'll Be Doing

As a Pizza Cook at Off Square Brewing, you'll play a key role in creating our signature Neapolitan-style pizzas and calzones. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking pizzas and calzones using a wood-fired oven.
• Managing the Pizza & Salad Stations to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following food safety standards.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Assisting with ingredient prep and ensuring all items are stocked and ready for service.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a passion for pizza-making and a strong work ethic. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with wood-fired ovens and Neapolitan-style pizza.
• A solid understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a small team.
