Position Requirements:

• 1-2 years of service experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining restaurant required
• Sommelier-level wine knowledge is strongly preferred
• 3-4 shifts per week, Friday and Saturday availability required
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Positive, team-player mentality
• Ability to take initiative and assist colleagues without prompting
• A genuine love for food, seasonality, and hospitality
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation Details

• Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

Physical Demands
