  • A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey, demonstrating adherence to professional standards.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association, ensuring preparedness in emergency situations.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Competency in computer systems for documentation and scheduling, fostering efficient workflow.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist is required, candidates with a history in home care, pediatrics, or specialty rehabilitation techniques will be favored. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and patient-centered care approaches will enhance your ability to make a meaningful impact in this role.
