To date, Ovation has developed over 40 properties, comprising more than 12,000 apartment units, with an additional 4,000 units currently in development pipeline. The firm's multifamily portfolio includes 6,000 Class A units, 400 active adult units, 2,200 affordable senior units, and 2,000 units managed for third parties for a total of 10,600 units under management. We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin at one of our premiere apartment communities with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II in our Maintenance Department.
Position Requirements:
One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC
Working knowledge of grounds/common areas
Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation
Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.
Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training
Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation
Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory
Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others
Enthusiastic and with positive attitude
Required Certifications:
Universal HVAC EPA certification
CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified.
Driver's License (Preferred)
HVAC Certification
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Weekends required, both Satuday and Sunday
Salary:
$21.00/hour

Our generous PTO package consists of 13 days of paid time off, which is pro-rated in each pay period and increases with tenure (available after 90 days of employment), ten holidays, and one half day annually.
