OTogether is a pediatric occupational therapy clinic dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-informed care that helps children reach their full potential.

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a flexible, per diem basis.

This position is ideal for a licensed professional who values clinical excellence, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in children’s lives — while maintaining control over their own schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a supervising OTR
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions to pediatric clients across a range of developmental needs, including sensory regulation, fine motor skills, self-care, and social participation
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure coordinated, goal-driven care
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to support continuous learning and quality of care

Qualifications:

• Active Florida COTA license (required)
• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and families
• Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to child-centered practice

Compensation & Schedule:

• Flexible, per diem scheduling with the ability to set your own hours
• Afternoon and weekend availability is preferred, as these are our highest-demand hours for families
• Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
• Part-time availability with opportunity for increased hours based on performance and clinic needs
