Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for Human Resources Representative 3 (Boise, ID). Major responsibilities include supporting enterprise-wide performance management and talent programs, enabling alignment across teams through communication, systems, and processes, contributing to program deployment, reporting, and ongoing operations, and developing internal materials for stakeholders.

Technical skills required include ServiceNow (high priority), Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including advanced use of PowerPoint, foundational knowledge of Azure, and preferred experience with Workday, SharePoint, and knowledge base management tools. Familiarity with AI tools and technology adoption is also required. Functional expertise includes HR systems enablement and administration, communication strategy and content development, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, knowledge base/documentation management, and process design and continuous improvement.

Work style and competencies include a strong process-oriented mindset, ability to work independently in a small, flat team structure, comfortable handling ambiguity in fast-paced environments, high attention to detail and organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in HR, talent programs, communications, or systems-related roles is preferred, with equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Exposure to manufacturing or semiconductor environments is preferred, and experience supporting enterprise-level or global programs is a plus. Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership is also required.
