Are you passionate about patient care and making a difference? We're hiring Clinic Medication Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our expanding team at the brand-new Klamath Falls Treatment Center.

$38.00/hr.-$48.00/hr. Depending on Experience

Sign on Bonus $ 10,000

Full Time/Part Time Available

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

What does your day look like:

  • Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
  • Performs screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress.
  • Relays client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care.
  • Provide compassionate high-quality care.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN.
  • CPR Certified.
  • Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Current driver's license.
  • We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited. substances, even those legal at the state level.
