Located in Dayton, OH, we are seeking an experienced RN with a strong background in pediatric critical care to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

What You'll Do

As an RN at OHIO REGION, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert nursing care in Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU), Post-Anesthesia Care Units (PACU), Pre-Operative (Pre-Op), and Operating Room (OR) settings.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and documenting care plans accurately.
  • Supporting patients and their families with empathy and clear communication during their healthcare journey.
What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric PICU, PACU, Pre-Op, or OR settings.
  • An active and unrestricted RN license.
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and a commitment to patient safety.
