The Private Experiences & Partnerships Lead is responsible for driving private group revenue across OFFICIAL RITUAL’s Chelsea studio and offsite wellness programming, with an emphasis on outbound business development, relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
This role focuses on generating, managing, and converting private group opportunities across corporate, residential, and hospitality sectors while helping expand OFFICIAL RITUAL’s presence as a leading experiential wellness brand in New York City.
We are seeking someone who is entrepreneurial, highly proactive, and hungry for sales growth - someone excited to take ownership of building pipeline, cultivating partnerships, and driving meaningful revenue within an emerging wellness brand.
This is a performance-oriented role ideal for someone energized by outreach, relationship-building, and ownership-based growth.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT + OUTREACH (35%)
● Conducts proactive outbound outreach to corporate, residential, hospitality, and wellness-aligned partners
● Identifies and develops new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship cultivation
● Builds and maintains a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships
● Confidently introduces OFFICIAL RITUAL offerings through email, phone, networking, and in-person relationship-building
● Maintains organized outreach tracking and consistent follow-up across prospective leads and partnerships
CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS + PARTNERSHIPS (35%)
● Manages inbound private group inquiries and converts leads into booked experiences
● Leads discovery conversations and guides clients toward aligned offerings and experiences
● Develops long-term relationships with existing clients, recurring partners, and aligned communities
● Identifies opportunities to expand existing relationships through repeat bookings, referrals, and additional wellness programming
● Collaborates with leadership on partnership strategy, pricing guidance, and packaging opportunities
SALES + REVENUE GROWTH (30%)
● Owns private group revenue growth across both studio and offsite experiences
● Tracks outreach activity, pipeline progress, bookings, and partnership development within CRM systems and organizational tools
● Supports growth across corporate wellness, residential programming, hospitality partnerships, and recurring experiences
● Maintains awareness of current programming, memberships, offerings, and promotional initiatives
● Contributes ideas that support long-term business growth, visibility, and strategic partnerships

Performance Expectations
This role includes a 60-day ramp period focused on onboarding, training, pipeline development, and initial deal conversion.
Following the ramp period, the role is expected to consistently generate private group bookings and contribute meaningfully to monthly revenue goals.
Success in this role is measured by:
● Monthly private booking revenue
● Number of confirmed bookings
● Growth of recurring partnerships and client relationships
● Consistency of outbound outreach and pipeline development
Performance Benchmarks
● Baseline Goal: $10K/month in private bookings
● Target Goal: $20K/month in private bookings
● Stretch Goal: $25K+/month in private bookings
Qualifications
EDUCATION
● Baccalaureate Degree Preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
● 1–3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, hospitality, events, wellness, or client-facing roles
● Experience with outbound outreach, relationship management, or business development preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
● Hospitality, experiential, or luxury service experience preferred
● Wellness industry familiarity is a plus
COMPENSATION
● Base stipend
● Tiered Commission Structure:
● Part-time equivalent workload (approximately 2–3 days/week)
