Job Opportunity: Construction Estimator
Location: Red Lion, PA ( Mainly in office; will need to occasionally travel to job sites)
Pay Rate: $55,000–$65,000 (potentially higher based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our client’s team. This role involves accurately estimating commercial fencing projects and delivering top-tier customer service to both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise estimates for commercial fencing opportunities.
• Present and promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, bid invitations, and online prospects.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and pricing requests.
• Create and manage shop drawings and product submittals.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and installation teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or familiarity with construction is highly valued.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build meaningful client relationships.
