Lead systems engineering and architecture work on federal mission programs — from requirements through transition.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission needs into testable requirements with traceability
• Develop CONOPS and system architectures aligned to lifecycle
• Lead engineering reviews with federal stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers on rigorous systems methods

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or related; 8+ years systems engineering experience
• Federal program experience (DoD, DHS, or adjacent)
• U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication

Bonus

• Active Secret or higher clearance
• INCOSE CSEP or equivalent certification
• Prior White Team / OT&E experience
