Position Overview:

  • Role: Registered Nurse
  • Location: Columbus, GA
  • Salary Range: $72,800.00 to $94,000.00
  • Note: No relocation assistance or bonus is provided.

Qualifications:

  1. Valid GA RN license or a multi-state compact RN license.
  2. BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  3. Associate Degree in Nursing (required) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
  4. A minimum of 3 years of bedside nursing experience.

Role & Responsibilities: At Emory Healthcare, we prioritize patient-centered care and recognize the pivotal role our nurses play in this vision. Under the guidance of the Clinical Coordinator or Nursing Unit Director, responsibilities include delivering quality patient care, adhering to departmental and hospital protocols, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Associate Degree in Nursing (Required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
  • Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to function autonomously in stressful situations.
  • Certifications: BLS (Required); ACLS preferred within 6 months of hire.
  • Licensure: Valid RN licensure in the State of Georgia or multi-state/compact RN license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an RN in a direct patient care setting.
