Direct Care Worker
Job Summary
NuChoice Health Partners is seeking compassionate and trustworthy Direct Care Workers to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Direct Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in their own homes. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care that exceeds our clients' expectations, and we are excited to welcome like-minded individuals to our family.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
Assist with meal preparation, including grocery shopping and food preparation
Remind clients of medication schedules and provide gentle reminders for daily routines
Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organization
Requirements:
Possess a compassionate and caring demeanor, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform gentle physical assistance with clients (if applicable)
