Job description

CRNA 26 Week Job Share 1099/W2 - Clarinda, IA
Facility: Clarinda Regional Health Center
Novus Anesthesia Partners has operated a stable, independent CRNA practice at Clarinda Regional Health Center since 2021. We have built a cohesive and high-performing clinical team within the positive, professional and supportive environment that exists within the hospital.
We are seeking an experienced CRNA who is interested and capable of working in a solo practitioner capacity
Caseload is primarily procedural driven and includes: General, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Ob/Gyn, ENT and Urology.
Compensation:
• $273k 1099 option
• 26 weeks of time off
• Housing provided
Qualifications:
• Candidates with strong independent practice
experience including regional and neuraxial
anesthesia
• All Novus providers must meet state licensure
requirements.
• Providers must complete and meet hospital
credentialing requirements for the hospitals
where they will have privileges.
• Two or more years of clinical anesthesia
experience preferred.
• Must have solid decision-making ability.
• Current certification as a CRNA with an IA
license, controlled substance and DEA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate patient records and
documentation.
• Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control
protocols.
