Job Summary:
Novoflow is a company focused on modernizing the healthcare market through automation and advanced technology. They are seeking a Founding Software Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge ML projects, build and launch products, and drive technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Build Product: Rapidly contribute to our SOTA Computer Vision models and Voice AI products, eventually owning your own product or product lines.
• Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans.
• Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience.
• 5-15 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States.
• Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python.
• Proficiency in Next.js.
• Proficient with AWS and Postgres.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with Docker is a big plus.
• Basic or professional experience with HIPAA is useful.
