Job Summary:
Novoflow is a company focused on building AI infrastructure for medical clinics to enhance interoperability and operational efficiency. They are seeking a Founding DevOps Engineer to lead the development of cloud infrastructure for AI employees, drive technical decisions, and collaborate with co-founders to implement business visions.

• Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans.
• Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience.
• 5-15 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Team leads or principal DevOps engineers who have grown teams from an early stage.
• Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States.
• Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python.
• Proficiency in Next.js.
• Experience with AWS services, Terraform, and Postgres.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
• Basic or professional experience with HIPAA is useful.
