Community Relations Director
$34 - $38/hour

Day to Day:  

  • Drive occupancy growth by managing inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and securing move-ins for our Assisted Living community.
  • Build strong referral relationships and represent the community as a trusted senior housing resource through outreach, events, and market engagement.
  • Execute sales and marketing plans and consistently meet activity and move-in goals using CRM tools to track leads and conversions.
  • Partner with the Executive Director and community team to coordinate move-ins, communicate occupancy changes, and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while supporting staff training and sales best practices.

Qualifications:  

  • 1-3 years of senior livingsales experience required
  • At minimum 18 years of age or older required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must speak fluent English
