Job description

As a Shipping Administrator, you will ensure smooth handling of all shipping tasks. You will coordinate product shipments, maintain records, and liaise with suppliers and carriers for timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and monitoring the shipment of products to ensure timely delivery
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of all shipping activities
- Liaising with suppliers, carriers and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Preparing shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs clearance paperwork
- Resolving any issues related to shipments, such as delays or damages
- Responsible for creating picklists to compile all materials for shipments.
- Converting Picklists to Invoices so all materials can be packaged and shipped.
- Pulling product from inventory to stage for shipment.
- Assist in packaging items for shipping when needed.
- Communicate changes needed on Sale Orders to ensure product ships on-time.
Requirements
- Possess ample experience in order management, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
- Have a good understanding of shipping processes and logistics
- Be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, multitask and priorities to meet tight deadlines
- Be proficient in using shipping software and other relevant tools
